- About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy production and distribution facility in Lidcombe.
Our client produces and distributes fresh dairy products to customers.
The operation relies on the safe and efficient movement of products, pallets and crates across production, warehousing and distribution.
You will work across different sections of the facility, including the back dock, dispatch and crate handling areas.
This role suits someone with solid forklift experience who can adapt to changing tasks and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts across different work areas, including Tyne Fork and Frame Fork duties.
- Load and unload palletised products safely and efficiently.
- Move crates, pallets and stock between production, storage and dispatch areas.
- Support warehouse, dispatch and distribution operations.
- Assist with crate handling and product movement across the facility.
- Pack finished products into crates or cartons when required.
- Complete general production, warehouse and housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow site safety procedures and work closely with the team.
What We're Looking For
- A valid LF forklift licence.
- Good forklift operating experience and confidence handling loads.
- Experience in a warehouse, production or distribution environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work across different sections of the facility.
- Availability for 2–3 shifts per week and flexibility to work weekends when required.
