Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated Labourers to join a well-established client based in Yatala, QLD. Our client is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of bricks, tiles and cement products, with a strong national distribution network and a reputation for excellence in the industry. About The Role:
- 5am-1pm shift, Monday to Friday
- Supporting production and storage teams through hands-on tasks
- Manual movement of cement dry mix bags (20kg)
- Demolding products
- Loading goods on and off conveyor belts
- Pallet stacking/ building
- Operating forklifts to move and load/ unload materials (if licenced)
What we're looking for:
- Previous manufacturing or labouring experience
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willing to work outdoors in a heavy work environment (20kg manual handling)
- Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
