The role
- You'll take loose product goals and turn them into finished features that customers use the next day.
- Most of your week goes into building new things, with some bugs and support work mixed in.
- You decide how things get built, and you'll run AI coding agents in parallel as a normal part of your work, not as an experiment.
- As the team grows, you'll be expected to take on technical leadership of the engineers who join after you.
