Want a real career in real estate (not just a job)? We’re looking for a Sales Associate / Trainee Sales Associate to join Professionals Kallangur and work directly with the Principal. This is the perfect role for someone who’s motivated, confident with people, and ready to learn sales skills that can build a long-term career. You’ll get training, structure, support, and hands‑on experience across the full sales process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting property listings from start to finish
- Talking with buyers and sellers (calls, texts and emails)
- Helping with open homes and appointments
- Keeping the CRM/database updated and organised
- Helping with marketing (photos, signboards, brochures, online ads)
- Assisting with contracts and admin tasks
- Prospecting is a big part of this role
- Daily lead generation, including:
- Cold calling buyers and sellers
- Prospecting calls to book appraisals
- Door knocking
- Letterbox drops

You’ll need:
- QLD driver’s licence
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate required
- Saturday availability for open homes when needed
Real estate experience is helpful but not required. If you’ve worked in customer service, hospitality, admin or sales, you’re encouraged to apply.
