We’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and help create an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare—hands‑on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
- Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
- Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
- Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
- Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $16 per hour. Part‑time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law.
