Procruit has partnered with a Tier 2 Commercial builder that specializes in Commercial projects.
We are recruiting for an intermediate-level Contract Administrator to work on a Social Housing project valued over $30m.
The Role
- Recommending and engaging subcontractors to procure materials and services.
- Handling progress claims, variations, and contractual notices to effectively manage the project's progress.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently.
- Implementing efficient document control and reporting procedures.
- Delivering precise project reports and monthly forecasts.
- Providing financial management and support to the Project Manager.
- 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator working on Commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of Construction Contracts & Procurement.
- Experience using Jobpac software or similar.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
