Due to continued growth, Procare Group is seeking an enthusiastic Recoveries Specialist to join our collaborative, supportive, and hardworking team in Sydney’s CBD.
This full-time role is perfect for someone with experience in loss adjusting, property, or motor claims recoveries, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
As a Recoveries Specialist, your day-to-day duties will include
- Managing the end-to-end recoveries process within a portfolio of claims.
- Effectively and efficiently communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiating the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured) to maximise recovery potential.
- Driving timely recovery of funds while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Accurately recording and managing work through relevant systems and processes.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative and team support as required.
About You
- We are looking for a talented communicator and proactive team player who has:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Background in commercial property and liability claims management (preferred).
- Experience in motor vehicle claims (desirable but not essential).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of legal and court processes (advantageous).
- Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
