Make a real impact locally within a genuine, inclusive and supportive team! Looking to take the next step in your career as a NDIS Occupational Therapist? At PC Ability, part of the broader Procare Group, we’re striving to be Australia’s most respected NDIS therapy service. With over 25 years of experience, we are a trusted, growing, and inclusive team that values integrity, collaboration, and career development. We are seeking a passionate and experienced NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our Penrith team.

This community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. If you’re currently in a clinic-based or NSW Health role and are looking for a rewarding change, we’ll support you every step of the way with tailored mentoring and training to build your skills in the NDIS and community therapy space.

What We Offer You

  • Competitive Rewards: Generous salary, bonus & incentives, including sign-on and retention bonuses.
  • Career Growth: Structured induction programs, 1:1 mentoring, buddy systems, and leadership opportunities as we continue to expand.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible hybrid working model, paid parental leave, purchased leave options, and access to our Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing support.
  • Inclusive Team Culture: Regular staff celebrations, charity events, and a genuine focus on collaboration and inclusion.
  • Additional Benefits: Novated leasing, salary sacrifice options, and kilometre reimbursement for travel.

As a NDIS Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
  • Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
  • Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Have the opportunity to grow into leadership, deliver presentations, and contribute to team development as you progress as a senior clinician.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

  • AHPRA registration and experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).

Why Join PC Ability?

Moving from NSW Health to a NDIS community-based role was the best decision I made for my career progression, and I wish I had done it sooner! My OT skills have grown exponentially AND I get to choose my speciality caseload with access to supervision and clinical support. I really value the flexibility and control I have over my schedule, which lets me plan my appointments in a way that works best for me while ensuring I stay focused on delivering great outcomes – a level of autonomy that's harder to achieve in a traditional hospital inpatient setting. The best part is that I get to make a significant difference in the lives of my participants within their own home, which truly makes me love my job.
