Probe CX is expanding its Australian L&D team in Melbourne, seeking aSenior Learning & Development Manager to unite onshore teams under a Centre of Excellence. You will drive transformation, partner with stakeholders, and standardise learning frameworks across campaigns.
With 8–10 years in L&D and at least 5 years leading managers, you will deploy enterprise LMS and AI-simulated training initiatives, shaping speed-to-competency for our Australian operations.
