Private Blends is continuing to grow, witha new retail store opening in Perth, Western Australia. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focusedRetail Sales Assistants to join our teams and help deliver a premium in-store experience.

The Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor. Your focus will be creating a welcoming and engaging store environment while helping customers discover products that suit their style and preferences.
You will work closely with all your team members and Store Manager to maintain a well-presented store and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Process sales through the point-of-sale system accurately
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and inventory control
- Support day-to-day store operations and opening or closing duties
About You
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- A friendly, confident, and professional approach with customers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in premium retail and customer experience
- Reliable, well-presented, and organised
