We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team.
You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance function.
The position is based in our CBD office and is a full-time position from Monday to Friday.

Primary responsibilities are to perform daily bank reconciliation, expense reimbursementand monitor, and accounts payable, journal posting, routine daily accounting reports, assistance in HO reporting, month end reportingandprocurement meeting sectary.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing daily bank reconciliation and investigate if any variance;
- Processingexpense reimbursement in system and management of expense invoices;
- Monitoring the expense progressto ensure it is alignedwith the budget;
- Processing accounts payable;
- Preparing manual journal and inputting in system;
- Preparing daily B/S and PL accounting report and investigate the significant daily movement;
- Maintaining fixed assets registerand stocktaking;
- Acting as procurement and financial review meeting sectary to collect meeting material, prepare meeting agent and meeting minutes, etc.
- Organizing the peers’data collection and files;
- Assisting with HO reporting;
- Assisting month end accounting report and reconciliations;
- Assisting the outsourcing management;
- Ad hoc tasks
- Qualification and Work experience
- Tertiary qualifications major in Accounting with 1-3 year’s accounting working experience;
- Advanced MS office applications (Excel, Word);
- Excellent communication skill and time management skill;
- Attention to detail;
- Have a strong team work ethic with active attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure while maintain accuracy;
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
