Our focus is simple – exceptional customer service and reliable, industry-leading products. We are now seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our Western Australian operations.
About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Western Australian branch based in Canning Vale, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and logistics for the WA branch.
- Oversee production managers and ensure operational efficiency.
- Travel within WA to meet with new and existing clients, generating growth in mining, agriculture, road transport, and logistics sectors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and all government requirements.
- Report directly to the CEO and Managing Director/Owner.
- Lead a strong team, focusing on building a customer-first culture.
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
About You
- An experienced branch or operations manager, ideally within transport, heavy equipment, trailers, or related industries.
- A strong leader with excellent people management skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive sales.
- Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A good communicator who can build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in health & safety standards and compliance.
