A fantastic opportunity is available with a well-established real estate business in Fairfield, offering an experienced Property Manager the chance to join a supportive and well-run team.
This role is designed to let you focus on what you do best, managing your portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering great service.
With no Saturdays, minimal routine inspections and strong systems already in place, you'll have the structure and support around you to do your job well and enjoy your day-to-day.love about property management in the right environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a residential portfolio;
-
Building and maintaining landlord, tenant and contractor relationships;

Overseeing arrears, maintenance, compliance and reporting;

Providing guidance and support within the team as required; and
-
Managing tenancy matters, including NCAT where required.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Property Manager;
-
Current Certificate of Registration;
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
-
Excellent organization and time management;
-
Strong understanding of NSW legislation and compliance;
-
A calm, solutions-focused approach to tenancy issues; and
-
Current drivers license and reliable vehicle.
