Job Description
Site Supervisors wanted for Rollout National- ABN Contractors (Short-Term, Full-Time).
We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on a short-term, full-time contract basis for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Contract duration: 3-6 months
- Employment type: Contract
- Shifts: Must be available for both day and night works
- Locations: Positions available in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA

Rollout, a subsidiary of Prime Build, was established in 2020 as a specialist division providing a tailored partnering approach to nationally operating clients with roll‑out requirements for large scale that require project management, design and construction multi-site programmes.
The Opportunity
- You’ll be working on a diverse range of Rollout projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.
- Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget.
- You’ll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.
About you
- 3 years in construction as a Site Supervisor with some experience in live environment works essential.
- Commercial fit-out/Rollout experience (retail multi‑site experience a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, consistent work ethic.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully delivering complex, live‑environment projects.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery.
- Confident with IT/tech/apps (e. g. Excel, Outlook, Procore).
- Australian resident qualified to work in Australia.
