We're searching for a passionate Retail Assistant to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Forest Hill in Forest Hill, VIC. This is a full-time role where you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organised store environment. You'll be mainly looking after cosmetics and skincare.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with their product inquiries and purchases
- Restocking and merchandising shelves to ensure an attractive and well-presented store
- Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions accurately
- Maintaining excellent store cleanliness and organisation
- Providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer experience
- Collaborating with the team to achieve store targets and objectives
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or health & beauty environment. Prior cosmetics training will be preferable.
- A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, must be available to work weekends
