Priceline Pharmacy East Village Sunbury – Sunbury VIC
As Retail Manager/Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-store operations and supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a great customer experience and helping drive the day-to-day success of a brand new pharmacy in a growing area.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Stock management, merchandising and inventory control
- Driving sales and promotional activity
- Ensuring Priceline brand standards are maintained
- Working closely with the pharmacist and pharmacy team
- Assisting with ordering, stock control and general administration
About you:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of FRED Office (highly regarded but not essential)
- Confident leading and developing a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Genuine focus on customer service
- Commercially minded and understands retail performance
- Proactive, reliable and happy to be hands-on
- Can work collaboratively with pharmacists, dispensary staff and the wider team
