Are you an experienced FCL Export Co-ordinator looking to join a successful and growing company within the transport and logistics industry? Price & Speed Containers Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Export Co-ordinator to play a key role in the exports department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating export shipments to international destinations, ensuring all export documentation, customs requirements, and compliance obligations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Liaising with customers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and other stakeholders to provide shipment updates and resolve issues efficiently.
- Preparing and processing export documentation, including packing lists, packing declarations & VGM's.
- Monitoring shipment progress and delivery timelines to proactively identify and address delays or disruptions.
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of export operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an export coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics role.
- Essential experience in FCL (Full Container Load) export operations is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preferred using TMS, 1-Stop, Containerchain & IC S.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
