Price & Speed Containers Pty Ltd is located in Botany and has a position available for an Afternoon Hands-on Leading Hand/Supervisor RS, C6 license Reach-stacker Operator. The working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 2pm to 12am. The successful candidate will be a fit person to work in our Quarantine Approved Depot, where we predominantly unpack/pack import/export containers.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- At least 5 years experience as a Reach Stacker/C6 Forklift Operator.
- At least 3 years experience as a hands-on Supervisor.
- Be prepared to work outside exposed to the elements.
- Competent at operating a forklift.
- Load/unload containers by hand and using a forklift.
- Load/unload trucks.
- Dogman or Riggers ticket would be an advantage.
- Available for overtime.
- Able to work 10 hour shifts, 2pm to 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday.
- Safety awareness is a must!
- Able to work both in a team and by yourself.
- Having a RS/C6 Reach-stacker licence is preferred; the minimum requirement is a LF forklift ticket with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Wage is $40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
