This exciting opportunity is based in our Northern Tasmania covering Launceston and surrounds and the North West of our beautiful state.

Role Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional deadline and time management skills
- Be efficient with technologies and information systems
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry
- The ability to 'think outside the box' and assist in developing our business
- An overall passion for property industry
Experience And/or Qualifications Required
- Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI)
- CPV accreditation
- An Australian driver's licence and own a personal motor vehicle
Remuneration commensurate of skills and experience and is to be discussed on an individual basis.
