Prestige Pontoons' is seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland.
This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to the manufacturing of high-quality pontoons and other marine aluminium products.
- What you'll be doing
- Welding and fabricating aluminium components to a high standard
- Operating various fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and tools
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to quality standards
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required
What we're looking for
- Significant experience as an Aluminium Welder/Fabricator, preferably in the marine or transportation industries
- Strong welding skills and the ability to produce high-quality welds to Australian standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Forklift licence and experience would be highly regarded
