What you will be doing:
- Own the technology - Install, configure, upgrade and support the Oracle Primavera suite, including P6 EPPM, P6 PPM, Unifier, Prime and Primavera Risk Analysis.
- Build and manage cloud environments - Create, maintain and optimise client environments across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.
- Solve complex problems - Provide Level 2 technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues and proactively improve environments before problems become critical.
- Connect technology with business needs - Work directly with clients to understand requirements, map processes and translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.
- Go beyond configuration - Work with Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Web Services and API integrations to extend and improve client solutions.
- Share your expertise - Create high-quality technical documentation, support end-user training and mentor junior members of the team.
- Help shape solutions - Contribute to solution design, presales and proposals, identify technical risks and help determine the best approach for our clients.
There may also be opportunities to visit client sites and see first-hand the major projects your work supports.

You will have structured learning and development opportunities, exposure to complex environments and genuine opportunities to lead, mentor and shape how we deliver technology services.
What you will bring:
- Strong hands-on experience installing, configuring and supporting Oracle Primavera products.
- Practical experience managing cloud environments across OCI and/or Azure.
- Experience working within SLAs in a consulting or managed services environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Confidence working directly with clients and taking ownership of technical outcomes.
- Highly regarded five or more years of Oracle Primavera technical experience.
- Experience or certification in Oracle DBA, Cloud Architecture or Cyber Security.
- Power BI or Oracle Analytics experience.
- Experience with Web Services, APIs or system integrations.
- Experience across transport, infrastructure, mining or resources.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior technical team members.
