Job Description
Key responsibilities include
- Conduct routine quality assurance and food safety inspections throughout the production process.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with GMP, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform quality checks and accurately document inspection outcomes.
- Support internal audit activities and assist in preparing for external audits.
- Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and all food safety and quality management requirements.
- Assist in the review and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and quality-related documentation
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment in line with workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and consistent product quality.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working collaboratively with operational teams to maintain high standards.
We're Looking For
- Approximately one year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, food manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Sound understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Confidence working on the production floor and engaging effectively with production teams to promote quality and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of food quality systems and food safety principles.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and complete documentation to a high standard.
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
