Milsons Point Medical Centre is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. If you're caring, organised, and love helping people, this is a great opportunity to grow in a supportive and modern general practice.
Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient service as the first and last point of contact
Manage reception operations to ensure smooth practice functioning
Work with GPs, allied health professionals
Handle medical billing, Medicare, and private payments
Interact with the general public in a professional manner
About you
At least 2 years' experience as a medical receptionist
Knowledge of Best Practice and HotDoc is preferred
Good communication skills and a pleasant, friendly personality
A fast learner who works well in a team
