The role:
- Minimum 3 evenings per week, approx. 2 hours per evening (typically 5-7pm, when families are most reachable).
- Flexible timing, with more hours available as demand grows.
- Contact families who have enquired about tutoring, understand their child's needs, and guide them through to trial lessons and enrolment.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and notes in our CRM.
- Saturday and/or Sunday, 10:45am-8:40pm, at Box Hill or Williams Landing.
- Welcome students and parents, handle walk-in and phone enquiries, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
About you:
- Confident, warm and persuasive on the phone.
- Self-motivated – you own your results without needing supervision.
- Persistent and organised with follow-ups – reaching families is half the job.
- A quiet, private space to take calls at home, and reliable internet.
- A valid Working with Children Check (Employee) before your start date.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Highly regarded: Experience in sales, phone-based sales, enrolments/admissions or reception.
- Customer-facing experience, especially in education, health or professional services.
