About the Role
PremiAir has a permanent full-time position available for a hardworking and reliable Yard Person to join our busy team located in Huntingwood. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the main responsibility of the role is to load/unload equipment using forklift truck and general yard duties.
Duties
- Loading/unloading of hire equipment
- Keeping the yard clean and arranging equipment as needed
Skills and Experience
- You must possess a strong sense of urgency with an "I will make it happen" attitude to get the job done.
- A valid Forklift licence is essential to be considered for this role.
- MR licence is preferred but not essential.
- Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised and pays attention to detail.
- Is self-motivated and takes pride in their work and has a great work ethic.
- Is reliable and punctual and has excellent work ethics.
- Is focused on providing the best service to our customers.
- Is capable of performing physical activities.
- Can work overtime, including weekends when needed.
- Previous experience and success in a similar role will be highly regarded, however, the successful applicants will be appointed primarily based on attitude and the desire to assist the business in the next phase of growth.
