PremiAir Fuels is seeking an on-site ERP Support Analyst based in Rocklea, QLD to be the go-to person for daily use of Office Companion—the ERP platform powering our fuel distribution operations.
You'll manage tickets end-to-end, investigate root causes, resolve issues where possible, and escalate to vendors when needed, while building a knowledge base and guiding staff to self-solve future problems.
