You will oversee workshop operations and ensure the reliability of the Council’s fleet, plant and equipment across remote Queensland environments, balancing on-site repairs with leadership duties. Reporting to leadership, you will supervise mechanics, manage safety and compliance, mentor staff and participate in field service as required.
A trade qualification and Local Government experience are preferred.
Offered: $120K–$125K base plus superannuation, six weeks annual leave, personal leave.
