Precision Sourcing is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to head a team of five Payroll Officers within a centralised payroll function supporting 22 sites. You will report to the Group Payroll Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring payroll is accurate, deadlines are met and issues are resolved quickly.
The environment is complex with 12 industrial instruments and a fortnightly payroll cycle, recently implemented Dayforce; Dayforce experience is required.
