We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Service Now Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting HRSD solutions while delivering ongoing platform improvements, integrations and automation initiatives.
Working closely with HR and Technology teams, you’ll help drive a modern and scalable employee experience platform.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Service Now Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting HRSD solutions while delivering ongoing platform improvements, integrations and automation initiatives.
Working closely with HR and Technology teams, you’ll help drive a modern and scalable employee experience platform.
- Core Tasks
- Design, configure and develop solutions within the Service Now HRSD platform.
- Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
- Build and maintain integrations with Success Factors and other enterprise platforms.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years’ Service Now development experience.
- Strong Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
- Hands‑on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
- Strong Flow Designer, Integration Hub and API integration experience.
- Experience integrating Service Now with Success Factors, UKG or similar HR platforms.
