As our clinic continues to evolve, including the recent addition of a new MRI system and expanded development opportunities for our imaging team, we're looking for a motivated Radiology Receptionist who enjoys working within a supportive environment and is keen to continue developing their skills.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical setting. You'll work alongside an experienced team and benefit from their consistency and stability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.
- Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and clinical staff.
- Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks as required.
