About the role
Pragma is seeking an experienced Signage - Maker & Fabricator to join our team in Mulgrave, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signage and visual displays to support our clients' branding and marketing needs.
What you'll be doing
- Fabricate and construct a variety of signs using processes like aluminium fabrication; plastic fabrication; LED wiring and lighting; vinyl application
- Use your proven skills to make and assemble signs
- Aluminium welding an advantage
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support efficient production
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safely and in a timely manner
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in signage fabrication
- An individual who can take the lead with projects and work autonomously when required
- Strong practical skills in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
