The Role
- Support legal matters across a range of practice areas including corporate, banking, disputes, intellectual property, and capital markets while working with international legal teams.
- Conduct due diligence, legal research, document reviews, company searches, and assist with the preparation of banking and lending documentation.
- Utilise and develop expertise in legal technology platforms, including e Discovery tools and emerging legal service delivery technologies.
About You
- You will ideally have completed, or be nearing completion of, a law degree and be available to commence full-time employment.
