A senior GP is transitioning toward retirement, so you take over and grow an existing patient base rather than start from zero. The clinic is fully booked 7 days a week, with no ramp required.
Part Time on Offer
Full time or part time sessions, set around what suits you. The patients are already booked, so even a couple of sessions a week run full from your first day.
Remuneration
- $400 per hour minimum average billings
- $3200 - $3500 per day
- 70/30 split in your favour, paid fortnightly
- $190 per hour, guarantee for 6 months
Clinical Work
- An established book with continuity of care already in place
- Mental health with a psychologist onsite to refer to
- Chronic disease care with nurse support Monday to Saturday
- Women’s health and family medicine across a diverse community
- Pathology onsite for same-day bloods
Company, Culture and Site
A doctor owned, non corporate group of 3 clinics, built around giving GPs the clinical autonomy, operational support and flexibility to build a sustainable long-term practice. Senior GPs across the group are gradually reducing their hours toward retirement, so capacity keeps opening up. You join a cohort of 9 part time GPs with regular clinical meetings and active case discussion, a full time practice manager, and Best Practice software.
The clinic is established inside a busy shopping centre with modern rooms and free onsite parking. 1 to 2 nurses and pathology run Monday to Saturday, with a psychologist onsite. Demand comes from a diverse local community, and the books are already full 7 days a week.
