It's small and deliberately non-corporate. 3 doctors, 2 of them long-serving and well respected. Cases get discussed constantly, doctors cover for each other, and the newest GP asks for a second opinion whenever he needs one. Patients belong to the practice rather than getting fragmented between doctors, and the quality of care holds because of it.
100% bulk billing, structured deliberately around the triple incentive, serving a largely elderly community on healthcare and pension cards where close to every patient warrants a care plan. 20-minute appointments.
The practice has been in the same location more than 20 years. The current owner bought it 2 years ago because it was doing good work and would otherwise have closed.
The offer
- Full or Part time available
- 70/30 split
- 6.5% bulk billing incentive paid to you on top of the split, quarterly
- 100% bulk billing, structured around the triple incentive
