75% on weekdays, up to 80% on weekends, and GPs here billing $700,000 to $1M. Every one of those top billers runs a clinic in their own area of interest, and each built it after first establishing a general patient base. The practice backs new GPs to grow theirs the same way, with skin and women’s health supported rather than boxed in.
Set Your Own Week Your sessions, your days, full time or part time, open 7 days with evenings there if you want them. A long established patient base and 15 rooms with 6 to 8 GPs means your book has room to fill, whatever days you choose.
Remuneration
- Top billers at $700,000 to $1M gross a year
- 75% Split Monday to Friday
- 80% Split weekendsBulk Billing, Mixed OR Private - you set the model
- $170 per hour guarantee during initial period
Clinical Work
- Skin clinics already running onsite, with 2 GPs doing the work you want to grow into
- Women’s health, cervical screening and contraception backed as a special interest
- Procedures, iron infusions and venesection in house
- Chronic disease care with a diabetes educator, dietitian and podiatrist onsite
- A long established general book across children, adults and older patients
Company, Culture and Site
A group of 3 sites run outside the corporate model by a chairman from a pharmacy family who has spent years building practices for GPs who want strong support without a big contract and its restrictions. His view is simple: the doctors are the practitioners and the business is there to look after them. GPs set their own sessions and their own billing, new GPs are paid at market rate from day 1 on the same terms as the doctors already there, and regular clinical meetings keep the team talking and working things through together. Doctors stay: GPs sponsored over from the UK in 2016 are still with the group.
The practice was founded in the 1980s and grew into one of the area’s large medical centres. Since 2024 it’s been reset with a new practice manager experienced with large GP teams, a team leading nurse, new systems and a move to Best Practice, and that work is done. 15 rooms in the centre of the village, physio, audiology, pharmacy and pathology alongside, good parking, and a long lease with no plans to move.
