There are more patients than the current doctors can see, with 5 plus care plans a day, mental health items and a health assessment backlog ready for the next GP.

Remuneration
- $3,000 to $3,500 daily site billings
- 70/30 split in your favour
- $102 standard consult
- $188 long consult
- $285 extended consult
- Forms and paperwork billed privately, around $200
- CC holders and under 16s bulk billed and the rest at your discretion
Clinical Work
- 5 plus care plans a day, mental health items and health assessments ready to go
- Skin checks alongside a GP owner with a special interest in dermoscopy
- Fortnightly iron infusions run by an ICU trained nurse
- A visiting psychiatrist and surgeons for easy referrals
- Families from babies to grandparents, booking in rather than walking in
Company, Culture and Site
A genuine husband and wife practice. The GP owner has been a Fellow of the RACGP since 2015 with a special interest in dermoscopy and skin cancer detection, and his wife runs everything else, practice management, reception, marketing and IT. The practice is built almost entirely on returning patients who book in, it’s small, family oriented and has a real community feel, and the owners want the next doctors building the team rather than just filling a room. Mixed billing at AMA rates has been in place since 2024, and the patients have stayed.
Brand new, purpose built premises with 4 consult rooms, a large treatment room, a full time registered nurse, pathology onsite, and a separate space next door for exercise and physio programs. A chiropractor visits twice a week alongside the visiting specialists. Best Practice software, secure underground parking, 3 to 5 minutes from the station with a bus stop at the door, near Westfield, and steady commuter traffic from the surrounding high rise.
