The Iceman Group of Companies is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of the Perth Workshop and mobile technicians across Refrigeration, Trailer Mechanical and Trailer Body Repair divisions. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate service and breakdown work, and deliver high standards of customer service.
Reporting to the Director, you will manage on-site and mobile workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain facilities, while driving efficiency and growth.
