YOUR ROLE:
You'll help set the tone for every showroom visit, ensuring customers feel welcome, valued and looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the right departments.
- Creating a welcoming, premium showroom experience.
- Coordinating customer arrivals and assisting the sales team.
- Recording and managing telephone enquiries.
- Preparing invoices, filing and completing general administration.
- Maintaining a polished, organised and presentable reception area.
- Supporting the team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
- Have experience in reception, hospitality or customer service.
