Due to continued growth, we're recruiting multiple roles across the team-starting with this Senior Accountant opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to attend and participate in client meetings
- Proactively interact with client management to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for improvements
- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives
- Assistance in preparation of, but not limited to, budgets, cashflow forecasts, dashboard analytics, due diligence report, business plans and one-page plans
- Ability to identify advisory opportunities in existing and potential clients
- Ability to research and apply more complex tax and other legislation
- Completion of intermediate to complex Financial Statements and Tax Returns across all entity types
- A real focus on improving client financial position, structures, and tax minimisation strategies

What you'll need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of post-degree experience within the professional services industry
- CPA or CA qualified or currently working towards one of them
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience using Xero, MYOB and Reckon would be an advantage)
- High level knowledge and understanding of Taxation Legislation
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
