An opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Administration team, supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy account's environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable processing and supplier account management
- Preparation and processing of supplier payments
- Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing and account maintenance
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Customer and supplier account reconciliations
- Assisting with debtor management, account enquiries and month end processes
- Preparation of Operator Payroll
- General accounts and administration support
- What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll or similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Great Plains or NAV
