Due to the strong growth of Power Electronics Australia, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Engineer to supervise a small supportive team!
Based at our Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD, this is a great opportunity to expand your electrical and renewables career, with full training provided in our products and services.
About you
Ideal applicants will possess a wide skillset which includes:- supervisory, quality, technical support, data analysis and continuous improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.
- Provide remote technical support to field technicians.
- Analyse field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.
- Optimise spare parts and safety stock levels.
- Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.
- Maintain technical documentation
- Link customers and internal teams.
- Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience leading a small team.
- At least 5 years' experience working as an engineer and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge and aptitude, hands-on skills, and good problem-solving ability.
- A customer focus and ability to be flexible and attentive to customers' needs.
