Potters Health Care is seeking Home Care Workers to provide personal care, meals and daily support in clients’ homes in line with care plans. You’ll assist with bathing, mobility, medication prompts and accompany clients to social activities, with live-in options available. Strong English communication and a care qualification are preferred; training is provided.
Applicants may need PVG/SSSC-related clearances and to meet regulatory standards in home care delivery.
