What You'll Do
You'll partner with leaders across the organisation to provide financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights that support operational and strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include
- Develop and drive reporting to assist in analysis and understanding of financial results.
- Develop key reporting metrics underpinning business performance.
- Lead development of tools to streamline the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Delivering monthly reporting, management accounts, and financial performance analysis.
- Partnering with leaders to improve financial understanding and accountability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Providing commentary and insights that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Preparing reports, funding acquittals, and financial submissions.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiencies.
- Collaborating across Finance and key business functions to support organisational success.
- What You'll Bring
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as Net Suite, Workday, Power BI, or Power Query.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex financial data into practical insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
