This role presents an exciting opportunity to join an established and progressive property group, with an exceptional industry reputation built across more than 27 years and with an outstanding pipeline of new residential projects. Ultimately, you will be responsible for overarching marketing performance of Brisbane's best range of new Residential Developments. The role is critical in developing & managing a varied suite of new residential project brands, along with building and implementing marketing programmes for a range of exceptional residential developments across Greater Brisbane. You will be required to pro-actively collaborate with the Project Marketing team (sales and marketing), developer clients and a range of marketing suppliers as part of a results driven Team.
Key responsibilities
Drive individual Project Strategy implementation in collaboration with the sales team in order to deliver client focussed results.
Develop Project marketing programmes with an emphasis on marketing integration, along with associated budget creation and management to align with client sales strategies and objectives, ensuring these are adapted with the changing requirements of each individual project.
Build campaign media recommendations taking an insights-based approach to effectively implement. Proactive ongoing review and refinement across a range of channels, including outdoor, press, direct marketing and digital.
Creation and management of digital advertising across multiple projects, accounts and platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Google Adwords).
Event planning and management to ensure engagement and sales opportunities are maximised.
Work closely with both inhouse design and external creative agencies to ensure marketing & project positioning alignment with market opportunities and requirements.
Reporting on marketing effectiveness, providing insights and making recommendations for optimising results and reducing cost per sale.
About you
Proven experience in a similar role and a minimum of 8-10 years experience in marketing roles
Strong stakeholder engagement & management skills (both internal and external parties)
Self-motivation with a drive for results and project success
Strong marketing project management and time management ability, including the ability to proactively prioritise
Extensive experience with executing integrated marketing programmes and digital campaigns to ensure optimised results
Expertise in using Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, is highly regarded
Experience with render management on behalf of developer clients would be viewed favourably
Elevated copy writing ability is essential
A comprehensive understanding of property marketing is essential
Strong creative flair and technical ability to produce content
Advanced level competence with Microsoft Office suite essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
