Portmans Fountain Gate is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, achieving targets, and meeting KPI results. This is a Full Time role with weekend, late-night, and holiday availability, with flexible rosters to ensure the right team is on at the right times.
You will lead by example, coach the team, manage stock and store presentation, and step in for the Store Manager as required.
