Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority is seeking a Cook to assist with meal preparation, food and beverage items in line with established procedures. The role involves handling, preparing and presenting food to PAHSMA standards and supports visitors and staff.
You will work under the guidance of Senior Chefs, contribute to a clean, hygienic kitchen, comply with Food Safety Standards, and uphold PAHSMA’s core values and safety practices.
