What You’ll Do
- Deliver Great Customer Experiences
- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain Store Standards
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
- Support Daily Store Operations
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems
- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
- Support product launches and peak trading periods

Part-Time Availability Requirements
- This is a permanent part-time position. Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.
- Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
- Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
- Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
- World Square store: requires Thursday to Sunday availability, 3 days per week.
- Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.
