Inside Sales Representative/
Trade Counter and Customer Service Champion to join our energetic Gold Coast team at Pool Systems, part of POOLCORP – the world’s largest pool and spa product distributor.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing both metro and regional customers via phone and email with product information, promotional offers and manage customer relationships.
- Providing a sales support function for customers and field sales team.
- Provide quality trade counter face to face customer service.
- Manage a list of local customers to drive sales.
- Offering innovative solutions to our customer’s needs
- Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training.
- Ability to be adaptable to workplace daily requirements.
- What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer first focused with a friendly phone manner.
- Attention to detail paired with effective time management.
- Reliable, hardworking and solution focused.
- Sales focused
- Ability to help the warehouse and lift stock as required.
- Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook
- Experience from within the Pool industry preferrable but not essential
