Poly Industries are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor Injection Moulding to join our team in Revesby, NSW. This is a full-time role overseeing the night shift operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising and coordinating the night shift production team to ensure all targets and quality standards are met
- Monitoring and troubleshooting injection moulding machines to optimise production efficiency
- Providing hands-on support and training to production operators as needed
