Based in Canberra, PM&C's 12-month Graduate Program offers rotations across core areas and priority Government task forces, supporting the Prime Minister, Cabinet, ministers and the Secretary to improve the lives of all Australians through high-quality advice and support.
Participants receive comprehensive development, a buddy and mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders, with relocation assistance to Canberra and a pathway to APS4/APS5 through performance.
